bringing short course racing to the next level with exciting
additions to the already commanding TV coverage. New in
2008 CORR comes to you LIVE in High Definition.
Broadcasting on both NBC
and SPEED in high-def, you’ll feel closer to the action, and
see fender to fender racing like never before. Plus see the
drama as it unfolds when CORR goes LIVE for 3 races of the
season on national television. Catch races live from Chula
Vista and Las Vegas. Also, you won’t want to miss the
season finale as CORR brings you the Jason Baldwin Memorial
Cup Race as it happens.
Join commentators Bill
Weber, Wally Dallenbach, Marty Snider, Kelli Stavast and Ken
Stout as they bring you the excitement of Championship Off
Road Racing with an expanded NBC schedule including nine-90
minute shows; making a total of 13.5 hours on the national
network.
Racing will include 8
events from locations including the action packed track of
Chula Vista International Raceway and the highly successful
LA Fairplex in Pomona. In addition, CORR is pleased to
announce that a five-year contract is being signed with the
LA Fairplex in Pomona that includes three weekends of racing
each year. CORR will construct a first class race track
once a year at the venue.
The 2008 season
will begin on April 26th and 27th at
the LA Fairplex in Pomona the site of Championship Off Road
Racing’s first sold out crowd in 2007. The grounds of the
season finale battles will be at Chula Vista International
Raceway on December 6th and 7th.
