Scott Douglas is the first to admit that while he may be the driver, team owner, and face of Douglas Motorsports, every member of the crew is equally important to a winning effort. With eleven off-road championships to his credit, Douglas knows what it takes to put together a professional crew.

Crew Chief Jason Schampers works closely with veteran mechanics Ted Kendall and Mike Schoffstall to find more speed and deliver consistent podium finishes.

 

Truck technicians Steve Douglas & Natalie Lahti handle all the detail work on the #7 F-150.

 

Douglas Motorsports relies on engine builder Bill Schlieper and Pro Power Racing for engine tuning at the track and Roger Harrison with J&H Transmissions for a bulletproof drivetrain.

 

Jackie Douglas keeps everything running smoothly by handling team logistics and hospitality.
